All data submitted in this form is considered confidential and will only be shared with the Registration Committee and selected members of the Board of RhodesMRC (after completion and assignment).
The conference fee for the University Edition of RhodesMRC 2025 includes:• Participant’s Kit.• All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program (as published on the website).• Access to all digital platforms and tools available.• Eligibility to Awards.• Certificate of participation.The conference fee does NOT include:• Accommodation, travel and transportation expenses.• Participation to any side/social events mentioned in the official program, as published in the website.The standard delegate fee is at 150,00€ (one hundred and twenty euros) per person.The Organizing Committee of RhodesMRC 2025 reserves the right to provide specific groups of delegates special fee prices or discounts based on the type and the time of their application.The discount to the fee price is not applied automatically with your application submission, but it is subject to the Registration Committee ruling on the validity of your claim. Applicants can only make use of one of the available offers/discounts. Multiple offers/discounts cannot be combined.Application Periods and Discounted Fees
15/04-31/05 05/06* or 15/06**: Early Bird Registration Period
01/06 – 31/07/2024: Normal Registration Period
· Fees for Individuals at 110€
· Fees for small groups (up to 14 people) at 95€ per person
· Fees for large groups (15 people or more) at 90€ per person
· Discounts do not apply to the MEPC committee.
01/08 – 31/08/2024: Last Minute Registration (acceptance based on availability)
· Fees for Individuals at 120€
· Fees for small groups (up to 14 people) at 110€ per person
· Fees for large groups (15 people or more) at 95€ per person
Group delegations receive their special (small/large) discounts the moment they achieve each threshold.
Example 1. A delegation with 8 applicants at the early bird, will have fees at 90€ (small group) for the early bird period and these applicants. If in the normal period has another 8 members (total 16) they (the additional 8) will receive the discount for large groups.
Example 2. A delegation with 16 applicants at the early bird, will have fees at 85€ (large group). Any extra applicants of them, will receive the large group discount in each of the respective remaining periods.
Special Conditions:Fees payments are on the condition of full NON-refundable pre-payment.Applications are accepted or rejected within 15 days from their initial submission, via email.Fees are to be paid within 10 working days after the approval email has been sent and no later than 10 working days after the end of the special registration period during which the applicant has applied. Failure to complete the above step will result the application to be moved to the next registration period with the related reduction to the fees discount.Cancellation Policy: All fees are payable within 15 days from the initial acceptance. Fees are paid on a fully prepaid NON-Refundable basis.
In case you are from a country the citizens of which are required to have a valid visa in order to enter Greece, the Organizing Commitee of RhodesMRC 2025 is able to provide you with an invitation letter, safe the following criteria are met:– Your application form has been evaluated positively by Registration Committee– You will provide any additional documentation or contacts requested by the Registration Committee– You have been accepted for participation to the conference– You have fully paid the conference fee– You are the owner of a valid passport– Your local/nearest Greek authorities are positive with granting you a visaFor more information on how to acquire a visa, please visit: http://www.mfa.gr/en/visas/visas-for-foreigners-traveling-to-greece/CAUTION: RhodesMRC 2025 Registration Committee will accept no applications from applicants requiring Visa, after July 31, 2025.
